With its 8 HP at 9,500 RPM, the Sport 90 had a top speed of 64 MPH and could be ridden at that speed seemingly indefinitely, even after its wet-sump of 1 quart of oil had been used up. The S90 motor used a chain to drive the camshaft and featured a very easy screw adjuster for the rockers, so maintenance was very easy. With a 4-speed gearbox and skinny 18-inch wheels, the S90 could be ridden through the tightest spaces.
