The XR have a plastic tank in place of the steel tank used on the XLR. The XR Honda motorbike range are for pure off road. This 249 cm3 engine give 24 horse power at 8500 rpm. The bore is 74 mm and stroke 57,8 mm. The gear box is 6 speeds. The carburetor is 30,5 mm diameter. Drum brake are use for front and rear. Front telescopic forks and Pro-Link rear suspension.
