This is not the first time I’ve purchase, as usual parcel arrived in great condition and on time.

My first order was placed over the telephone with the parts department. I spoke to a guy with a genuine interest in what bike I owned and a positive attitude. Unfortunately one of the parts was not in stock and had to be ordered I next day delivery. The next day a recieved an email telling me my parcel had been despatched. Two days later I recieved it in the post well packaged all correct and in good order. A great service. I use there website to order my parts now knowing its in good hands
