CHRISTOPHER :
I spent some time looking for a replacement fairing section for my VFR and finally decided to go for an OEM rather than a Chinese import. The exploded parts diagram helped me to find tje part number quickly and although I found the online ordering web process a bit of a challenge (the user interface could be better), but payment was easy and secure, delivery was quick and convenient with text and email confirmations and I could have the package delivered to my local Halfords since I was away.

This site may seem complicated, remember that our goal is that you find the right part that fits precisely on your bike. 350 000 references, require that you identify your bike with rigor. The year is the point least, look to your bike registration type and serial number.

HOW TO ORDER:

1 - You must specifically identify your bike on the menu "microfiche." Help you to your bike registration, not looking over the year that is misleading.

2 - You enter the microfiche and you select your parts without relying on words (they are sometimes wrong because of mistranslation). Example, "set chain" does not mean "chain kit" but "chain+ quick link" . You must change the quantity while viewing your order.

3 - It is not possible to order more than 30 parts in only one order.

CONDITION OF SALE:

AVAILABILITY :  Honda Genuine Parts are available in 4 / 5 days to provide in England. If you have not received your order past 8 days, please contact us, we will give you an estimated date of availability of the missing part. In case you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us immediately. Parts that are no longer available will be a refunded.

SHIPPING : To deliveries outside mainland England, the shipping rates indicated on the order must be regarded as indicative. It may be changed, but always with your consent according to the weight and cubic.
To take advantage of transport insurance, the buyer must check on receipt of goods to the condition and indicate on the delivery reservations regarding any missing or damage. Otherwise, no appeal is possible.

WARRANTY : To help you do your shopping quietly, we assure you a 6 month warranty on parts Genuine Honda (subject to approval from Honda). The warranty does not apply in the case of normal wear, accident outside with a bad assembly or a lack of maintenance.

SERVICE : To receive your parcel, we are at your service to meet your needs. To solve a problem with your relationship with us, you can send an e-mail on contact@bike-parts-honda.com . The products sold on our web site are guaranteed in accordance with the regulations, against defects in materials or workmanship.

RETURNS : Attentive to your satisfaction, however, any return will be a request for prior authorization. The request must be made within 7 days of the invoice date, stating the reason for return. The documents must be in original packaging unopened. The return shipping and original shipping will be paid by the customer. The payback will be made within 30 days from the date of receipt, net of transportation costs.

The maximum order by credit card is 500 euros. Beyond that, you need a bank transfer.

REGULATIONS:
- Visa / CB / Mastercard / Eurocard, enter your number and expiry date
- Transfer to our bank account (on request by e-mail or indicated on the order form)

PRICES : Our prices are effective from the date of confirmation of the order from Honda. They are likely to vary during the year without notice. They consider the current French VAT at the time of sale.

EXPORT VAT, VAT excluded:
- Delivery in the EEC, VAT will always be charged at a particular rate in England. It will not be charged for a career after receiving his No. VAT Reg.
- Delivery in the world, VAT is not charged but the local tariffs are to be paid by the recipient of the order.
